Crown Pointe Academy (“CPA”) in Westminster, Colorado secured a $6,004,605 bank loan to refinance the school’s Series 2009 bonds. The refinancing locked in a 3.64% interest rate and allowed CPA to achieve over 20% in net present value savings. The Series 2009 bond proceeds funded the land acquisition and construction of their existing facility.

CPA strives to give all its students the best education experience. The school has a strong academic orientation, where high achievement by students is valued, encouraged rewarded, and expected. The school opened in the 1997-98 school year with 105 students and grew its enrollment to 473 students. At the time the loan was completed, CPA had almost 400 students on the waitlist.
