Sycamore Academy in Wildomar, California successfully acquired a five-acre property adjacent to their school for two new parking lots and the addition of a shade structure to their playground area. The new parking lots will alleviate traffic congestion and provide much needed parking for parents and staff of Sycamore Academy. After build out of the two new parking lots the property will have room for growth in the future. The shade structure will provide shade over the existing playground structure and help protect students from the elements. Choice Advisors served Sycamore as their financial advisor on the $1,600,000 taxable loan to finance this project.
